Lytton Bell has published four books, most recently Body Image. She has won five poetry contests, performed at many venues, and is member of Poetica Erotica. Her work has appeared in over two dozen publications and several anthologies. Bell earned a poetry scholarship to the Pennsylvania Governor’s School for the Arts in 1988 and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Bryn Mawr College in 1993. She is a civil servant by day. Josh Fernandez Josh Fernandez is a freelance writer for Spin.com, Boulder Weekly, San Antonio Current and the Sacramento News and Review. His poetry is widely published, and he continues to be a sought after reader and speaker – often asked to talk about ethnic diversity, abuse and addiction. Fernandez was recently nominated for a Pushcart Prize for his poem "The Last Thing He Said." His first full-length collection of poems, Spare Parts and Dismemberment, was published by R.L. Crow in May 2011. Cynthia Linville (Managing Editor/Designer) Cynthia Linville's work has appeared in many publications and several anthologies. Her two poetry collections, The Lost Thing and Out of Reach, are available from Cold River Press. Her poem "I am Fortune's Ungraceful Daughter" was nominated for a Pushcart in 2012. Linville has taught in the English Department at California State University, Sacramento since 2000. A music aficionado with a theater background, she is often out and about supporting the arts in the San Francisco Bay Area and in her hometown of Sacramento, and she occasionally appears with musicians, including Victor Krummencher of Camper Van Beethoven and Cracker. |

Ed Ahern Ed Ahern resumed writing after forty odd years in foreign intelligence and international sales. He's had over seventy stories and poems published thus far, as well as two books, The Witch Made Me Do It, his collected fairy and folk tales from Gypsy Shadow Publishing, and The Witches' Bane, a mystery/horror novella from World Castle Press. Jane Blue Jane Blue has been published widely in print and online. She is the author of four books, most recently Blood Moon from FutureCycle Press. Jane is collaborating with international contributors on Fragments, edited by Dean Pasch in Munich. The collection will include poems focusing on the stages of life. Ms. Blue was born and raised in Berkeley, but now lives near the Sacramento River with her husband, Peter Rodman. Katy Brown Katy Brown, a resident of Davis, California, has won awards in The Ina Coolbrith Circle, The Berkeley Poets Dinner, and California Federation of Chaparral Poets competitions. She has had poems in Glass Art Magazine, Wee Wisdom, Daily Word, Harpstrings, and Song of the San Joaquin among others. Her workbook, Poetry Potions, was used in schools for nearly twenty years and is being released in a digital format. Her other writing credits include automobile humor, greeting cards, a multiple-ending book, and a series of short mysteries for young readers. She is a regular contributor to Rattlesnake Press publications Lynn Crounse Lynn Crounse is an explorer whose inspiration comes from all directions and sources. She says: "I make do with what crosses my path. I love the lives and places I encounter and document the world as I see it, striving only to capture the beauty in all of my subjects." Sophia Ewing Sophia Ewing is an amateur photographer, musician, and adventurer who lives in Phoenix, Arizona. She is a Peace Corps recruiter who has lived in Swaziland. Sophie is inspired by Mark Twain who said: "Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover." Jack Felice Jack Felice is a recent Creative Writing graduate from Florida State University. He currently lives in Tallahassee, Florida, and has lived less than a mile from a cemetery his entire life. William S. Gainer Bill Gainer has won the San Francisco Beat Museum's Poetry Contest and the Sacramento News and Review's Flash Fiction Contest. He is the publisher of the PEN Award winning R. L. Stephanie Lakos Stephanie Lakos is a photographer who works primarily with vintage equipment and methods. After many years as an artist using various mediums, she found film photography to be her true calling. In addition to vintage cameras, she shoots with plastic "toy" cameras and wood pinhole cameras. Using film and paper in various formats, she develops her own workboth black and white, and color. Stephanie divides her time between Northern California and New Mexico. Clarke W. Owens Clarke W. Owens has published poems in a number of literary journals. His novel about climate change, 600 ppm, is available from Amazon. Timothy Pilgrim Timothy Pilgrim, a Pacific Northwest poet, is an associate professor emeritus of Western Washington University in Bellingham. His work has appeared in dozens of journals, including Seattle Review, Windfall, and Cirque. He is co-author of Bellingham Poems and is included in Idaho's Poets: A Centennial Anthology and Tribute to Orpheus II. Ann Privateer Ann Privateer is a poet, painter, photographer, and retired teacher from Cleveland, Ohio, who resides in northern California and spends part of the year in Paris, France, where she visits family. Ann's poems have appeared in Manzanita, Poetry Now, Tapestries, and Entering to name a few. Ruben Briseno Reveles Ruben's life as a photographer began when he visited Mexico in search of his roots. He wanted to capture the experience so he could share it with family members who were unable to accompany him on his journey. And he fell in love with the lens and all that it reveals. Ron Riekki Ron Riekki has a Ph.D. in Literature and Creative Writing from Western Michigan, an MFA in Creative Writing from U Virginia, and an MFA in Theater Arts from Brandeis.
